Could please reupload the source again? It simply doesn't compile, even causing errors in the extensions code. It would be also nice, if you could bundle the necessary extensions as well. Makes it easier to get the code to working state and should be allowed by the license.
Some things, I noticed when playing the preivous versions:
- When being a herm/male, fucking a male victim will turn the pelvis back to human. Intended? I'd expect to to infect the victim instead. Also, as female I don't seem to be able to infect females when using the "fuck" command. Only attack (which might kill them unintentionally) and special monster commands work.
- When being turned to male human pelvis after being herm, the "x me" command still supplies the herm table description, while the status shows herm.
- Names seem to switch between female and male forms, depending on the "look" output and the normal action output (like "X arrives from the north.").
- Some infections seem to switch the gender on the victim (anthro horse, latex fox), but as the player I seem to be always female. Chance or deliberate?
- "Offer victim to anubis" command was never mentioned in the text. I discovered this only when snooping in the source code. It would be nice to have general command showing all available actions, depending on the monster form.
- The latex fox ending is somewhat jarring. You mention the player being able not needing to eat, when he stays inflated. But never it is mentioned how the inflation/deflation bit works, and considering, that I would assume having become mostly hollow, I'd expect some mentioning of it during gameplay.
Hmm, when I think of something else, I'll tell. ^^
Always becoming female is just terribad luck on your part. (Though it IS in part due to what infection you get.) As for infecting others while female (or male, even), try the "Offer " command. They may refuse, but when they accept, they become infected. Same goes for "Feed " when your breasts are lactating at a late stage of pregnancy.
As for why names switch between male and female, that happens when they're herm, since they're both male and female. It seems to choose either the male or female inflection of the name at random whenever it's called, rather than picking one and sticking to it. Using either one when referring to them still works, though. (Even when they're solidly male or female, interestingly enough.)

Changing it back to human is a side effect of the code fro the infections. I could fix that, and will.
